‘‘Idha pana, bhikkhave, ekacco adinnādānaṃ pahāya adinnādānā paṭivirato hoti…pe… kāmesumicchācārā paṭivirato hoti… musāvādaṃ pahāya musāvādā paṭivirato hoti… pisuṇaṃ vācaṃ pahāya pisuṇāya vācāya paṭivirato hoti… pharusaṃ vācaṃ pahāya pharusāya vācāya paṭivirato hoti… samphappalāpaṃ pahāya samphappalāpā paṭivirato hoti… anabhijjhālu hoti… abyāpannacitto hoti… sammādiṭṭhiko hoti aviparītadassano – ‘atthi dinnaṃ…pe… ye imañca lokaṃ parañca lokaṃ sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā pavedentī’ti. 7. Paṭhamasañcetanikasuttaṃ

217. ‘‘Nāhaṃ , bhikkhave, sañcetanikānaṃ kammānaṃ katānaṃ upacitānaṃ appaṭisaṃveditvā [appaṭisaṃviditvā (sī. syā. pī.)] byantībhāvaṃ vadāmi. Tañca kho diṭṭheva dhamme upapajje vā [upapajjaṃ vā (ka.) a. ni. 6.63 passitabbaṃ, upapajja vā (ma. ni.

217. "诸比丘，我不说故意造作、积集的业，不经历其果报就能终结。那果报或在现法中，或在来生，或在后来的生中（经历）。

‘‘Adinnādāyī hoti. Yaṃ taṃ parassa paravittūpakaraṇaṃ gāmagataṃ vā araññagataṃ vā, taṃ adinnaṃ theyyasaṅkhātaṃ ādātā hoti.

‘‘Kāmesumicchācārī hoti. Yā tā māturakkhitā…pe… antamaso mālāguḷaparikkhittāpi , tathārūpāsu cārittaṃ āpajjitā hoti. Evaṃ kho, bhikkhave, tividhā kāyakammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikā dukkhudrayā dukkhavipākā hoti.

‘‘Kathañca, bhikkhave, catubbidhā vacīkammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikā dukkhudrayā dukkhavipākā hoti? Idha , bhikkhave, ekacco musāvādī hoti. Sabhaggato vā parisaggato vā ñātimajjhagato vā pūgamajjhagato vā rājakulamajjhagato vā abhinīto sakkhipuṭṭho ‘ehambho purisa, yaṃ jānāsi taṃ vadehī’ti, so ajānaṃ vā āha ‘jānāmī’ti, jānaṃ vā āha ‘na jānāmī’ti, apassaṃ vā āha ‘passāmī’ti, passaṃ vā āha ‘na passāmī’ti, iti attahetu vā parahetu vā āmisakiñcikkhahetu vā sampajānamusā bhāsitā hoti.

‘‘Pisuṇavāco hoti. Ito sutvā amutra akkhātā imesaṃ bhedāya, amutra vā sutvā imesaṃ akkhātā amūsaṃ bhedāya. Iti samaggānaṃ vā bhettā bhinnānaṃ vā anuppadātā vaggārāmo vaggarato vagganandī, vaggakaraṇiṃ vācaṃ bhāsitā hoti.

‘‘Pharusavāco hoti. Yā sā vācā aṇḍakā kakkasā parakaṭukā parābhisajjanī kodhasāmantā. Asamādhisaṃvattanikā, tathārūpiṃ vācaṃ bhāsitā hoti.

‘‘Samphappalāpī hoti akālavādī abhūtavādī anatthavādī adhammavādī avinayavādī, anidhānavatiṃ vācaṃ bhāsitā hoti akālena anapadesaṃ apariyantavatiṃ anatthasaṃhitaṃ. Evaṃ kho, bhikkhave, catubbidhā vacīkammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikā dukkhudrayā dukkhavipākā hoti.

‘‘Kathañca , bhikkhave, tividhā manokammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikā dukkhudrayā dukkhavipākā hoti? Idha, bhikkhave, ekacco abhijjhālu hoti. Yaṃ taṃ parassa paravittūpakaraṇaṃ, taṃ abhijjhātā hoti – ‘aho vata, yaṃ parassa taṃ mama assā’ti.

‘‘Byāpannacitto hoti paduṭṭhamanasaṅkappo – ‘ime sattā haññantu vā bajjhantu vā ucchijjantu vā vinassantu vā mā vā ahesu’nti.

Micchādiṭṭhiko hoti viparītadassano – ‘natthi dinnaṃ…pe. … ye imañca lokaṃ parañca lokaṃ sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā pavedentī’ti. Evaṃ kho, bhikkhave, tividhā manokammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikā dukkhudrayā dukkhavipākā hoti.

‘‘Tividha kāyakammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikāhetu [… sañcetanikahetu (ka.)] vā, bhikkhave, sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā apāyaṃ duggatiṃ vinipātaṃ nirayaṃ upapajjanti; catubbidhavacīkammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikāhetu vā, bhikkhave, sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā apāyaṃ duggatiṃ vinipātaṃ nirayaṃ upapajjanti; tividhamanokammantasandosabyāpatti akusalasañcetanikāhetu vā, bhikkhave, sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā apāyaṃ duggatiṃ vinipātaṃ nirayaṃ upapajjanti.

"是不与取者。凡是他人的财物资具，无论在村中或林间，他取走他人未给予的，以盗心取之。
"是邪淫者。对于受母亲守护⋯⋯乃至花环订婚者，与之发生关系。诸比丘，这就是三种身业过失污染，是不善故意所造，招引苦果，结果为苦。
"诸比丘，如何是四种语业过失污染，是不善故意所造，招引苦果，结果为苦？在此，诸比丘，某人是妄语者。或在公堂，或在集会，或在亲属中，或在团体中，或在王庭中被召问为证人：'来，善男子，你知道什么就说什么。'他不知而说'我知道'，知道而说'我不知道'，未见而说'我见到'，见到而说'我未见'。如是为了自己，为了他人，或为了些微利养，而故意说妄语。
"是离间语者。从这里听来的传到那里以离间这些人，从那里听来的传到这里以离间那些人。如是分裂和合者，助长分裂者，喜好分党，乐于分党，欢喜分党，说能造成分党的话。
"是粗恶语者。所说之语粗鄙刺耳，令他人痛苦，令他人忿怒，近于瞋恚，不能导致定心，他说如是之语。
"是绮语者，不当时而语，不真实而语，无义利而语，非法而语，非律而语，所说之语无价值，不当时，无根据，无限制，无关义利。诸比丘，这就是四种语业过失污染，是不善故意所造，招引苦果，结果为苦。
"诸比丘，如何是三种意业过失污染，是不善故意所造，招引苦果，结果为苦？在此，诸比丘，某人是贪欲者。凡是他人的财物资具，心生贪求：'啊，愿他人之物属于我。'
"是瞋恚心者，怀恶意念：'愿这些众生被杀、被缚、被断、被灭、不复存在。'
是邪见者，持颠倒见解：'无布施⋯⋯乃至⋯⋯能以自己的证知宣说此世他世者。'诸比丘，这就是三种意业过失污染，是不善故意所造，招引苦果，结果为苦。
"诸比丘，由于三种身业过失污染的不善故意，众生身坏命终后，投生于恶趣、苦趣、堕处、地狱；由于四种语业过失污染的不善故意，众生身坏命终后，投生于恶趣、苦趣、堕处、地狱；由于三种意业过失污染的不善故意，众生身坏命终后，投生于恶趣、苦趣、堕处、地狱。

‘‘Tatra, bhikkhave, tividhā kāyakammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti; catubbidhā vacīkammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti; tividhā manokammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti.

‘‘Kathañca , bhikkhave, tividhā kāyakammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti? Idha, bhikkhave, ekacco pāṇātipātaṃ pahāya pāṇātipātā paṭivirato hoti nihitadaṇḍo nihitasattho lajjī dayāpanno, sabbapāṇabhūtahitānukampī viharati…pe….

‘‘Adinnādānaṃ pahāya, adinnādānā paṭivirato hoti. Yaṃ taṃ parassa paravittūpakaraṇaṃ gāmagataṃ vā araññagataṃ vā, na taṃ adinnaṃ theyyasaṅkhātaṃ ādātā hoti.

‘‘Pharusaṃ vācaṃ pahāya, pharusāya vācāya paṭivirato hoti. Yā sā vācā nelā kaṇṇasukhā pemanīyā hadayaṅgamā porī bahujanakantā bahujanamanāpā, tathārūpiṃ vācaṃ bhāsitā hoti.

‘‘Samphappalāpaṃ pahāya, samphappalāpā paṭivirato hoti kālavādī bhūtavādī atthavādī dhammavādī vinayavādī, nidhānavatiṃ vācaṃ bhāsitā hoti kālena sāpadesaṃ pariyantavatiṃ atthasaṃhitaṃ. Evaṃ kho, bhikkhave, catubbidhā vacīkammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti.

‘‘Kathañca, bhikkhave, tividhā manokammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti? Idha, bhikkhave, ekacco anabhijjhālu hoti. Yaṃ taṃ parassa paravittūpakaraṇaṃ taṃ anabhijjhātā hoti – ‘aho vata, yaṃ parassa taṃ mamassā’ti.

‘‘Abyāpannacitto hoti appaduṭṭhamanasaṅkappo – ‘ime sattā averā hontu abyāpajjā anīghā, sukhī attānaṃ pariharantū’ti.

‘‘Sammādiṭṭhiko hoti aviparītadassano – ‘atthi dinnaṃ, atthi yiṭṭhaṃ…pe… ye imañca lokaṃ parañca lokaṃ sayaṃ abhiññā sacchikatvā pavedentī’ti. Evaṃ kho, bhikkhave, tividhā manokammantasampatti kusalasañcetanikā sukhudrayā sukhavipākā hoti.

"已舍离绮语，远离绮语，说当时语，说真实语，说义利语，说法语，说律语，所说之语有价值，适时，有根据，有限制，有关义利。诸比丘，这就是四种语业圆满，是善故意所造，招引乐果，结果为乐。
"诸比丘，如何是三种意业圆满，是善故意所造，招引乐果，结果为乐？在此，诸比丘，某人是无贪者。对于他人之财物资具，不生贪求：'啊，愿他人之物属于我。'
"是无瞋心者，无恶意念：'愿这些众生无敌无害无恼，保持安乐。'
"是正见者，持不颠倒见解：'有布施，有供养...乃至...能以自己的证知宣说此世他世者。'诸比丘，这就是三种意业圆满，是善故意所造，招引乐果，结果为乐。"

Iti uddhamadho tiriyaṃ sabbadhi sabbattatāya sabbāvantaṃ lokaṃ mettāsahagatena cetasā vipulena mahaggatena appamāṇena averena abyāpajjena pharitvā viharati.

‘‘So evaṃ pajānāti – ‘pubbe kho me idaṃ cittaṃ parittaṃ ahosi abhāvitaṃ, etarahi pana me idaṃ cittaṃ appamāṇaṃ subhāvitaṃ. Yaṃ kho pana kiñci pamāṇakataṃ kammaṃ, na taṃ tatrāvasissati na taṃ tatrāvatiṭṭhatī’ti .

‘‘Taṃ kiṃ maññatha, bhikkhave, daharatagge ce so ayaṃ [ce ayaṃ (syā.)] kumāro mettaṃ cetovimuttiṃ bhāveyya, api nu kho [api nu so (?)] pāpakammaṃ kareyyā’’ti? ‘‘No hetaṃ, bhante’’.

‘‘Akarontaṃ kho pana pāpakammaṃ api nu kho dukkhaṃ phuseyyā’’ti? ‘‘No hetaṃ, bhante. Akarontañhi, bhante, pāpakammaṃ kuto dukkhaṃ phusissatī’’ti!

‘‘Bhāvetabbā kho panāyaṃ, bhikkhave, mettācetovimutti itthiyā vā purisena vā. Itthiyā vā, bhikkhave, purisassa vā nāyaṃ kāyo ādāya gamanīyo. Cittantaro ayaṃ, bhikkhave , macco. So evaṃ pajānāti – ‘yaṃ kho me idaṃ kiñci pubbe iminā karajakāyena pāpakammaṃ kataṃ, sabbaṃ taṃ idha vedanīyaṃ; na taṃ anugaṃ bhavissatī’ti. Evaṃ bhāvitā kho, bhikkhave, mettā cetovimutti anāgāmitāya saṃvattati, idha paññassa bhikkhuno uttari [uttariṃ (sī. syā. pī.)] vimuttiṃ appaṭivijjhato.

‘‘Karuṇāsahagatena cetasā… muditāsahagatena cetasā… upekkhāsahagatena cetasā ekaṃ disaṃ pharitvā viharati tathā dutiyaṃ tathā tatiyaṃ tathā catutthaṃ. "他如是了知：'从前我这心是狭小未修习，现在我这心是无量善修习。凡是有量所作的业，不会残留于此，不会住于此。'
"诸比丘，你们怎么认为，如果这个年轻人从小就修习慈心解脱，他还会造作恶业吗？""不会，世尊。"
"不造作恶业，他会遭受苦吗？""不会，世尊。因为不造作恶业，怎会遭受苦呢？"
"诸比丘，这慈心解脱应当由女人或男人修习。诸比丘，女人或男人的这个身体不能带走。诸比丘，此人是以心为本。他如是了知：'凡是我过去用这个所作身体造作的任何恶业，一切都要在此经历，不会随之而去。'诸比丘，如是修习的慈心解脱，对于在此未能通达更上解脱的有慧比丘，会导向不还果。
"以悲心...以喜心...以舍心遍满一方而住，如是第二方，如是第三方，如是第四方。如是上下四方，一切处，对一切如对自己，以广大、广行、无量、无怨、无恼的舍心遍满整个世界而住。

2.16] Atha kho aññataro brāhmaṇo yena bhagavā tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā bhagavatā saddhiṃ sammodi. Sammodanīyaṃ kathaṃ sāraṇīyaṃ vītisāretvā ekamantaṃ nisīdi. Ekamantaṃ nisinno kho so brāhmaṇo bhagavantaṃ etadavoca – ‘‘ko nu kho, bho gotama, hetu ko paccayo yenamidhekacce sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā apāyaṃ duggatiṃ vinipātaṃ nirayaṃ upapajjantī’’ti? ‘‘Adhammacariyāvisamacariyāhetu kho, brāhmaṇa, evamidhekacce sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā apāyaṃ duggatiṃ vinipātaṃ nirayaṃ upapajjantī’’ti.

‘‘Ko pana, bho gotama, hetu ko paccayo yenamidhekacce sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā sugatiṃ saggaṃ lokaṃ upapajjantī’’ti? ‘‘Dhammacariyāsamacariyāhetu kho, brāhmaṇa, evamidhekacce sattā kāyassa bhedā paraṃ maraṇā sugatiṃ saggaṃ lokaṃ upapajjantī’’ti.

‘‘Na kho ahaṃ imassa bhoto gotamassa saṃkhittena bhāsitassa vitthārena atthaṃ ājānāmi. Sādhu me bhavaṃ gotamo tathā dhammaṃ desetu yathāhaṃ imassa bhoto gotamassa saṃkhittena bhāsitassa vitthārena atthaṃ ājāneyya’’nti. ‘‘Tena hi, brāhmaṇa, suṇāhi, sādhukaṃ manasi karohi ; bhāsissāmī’’ti. ‘‘Evaṃ, bho’’ti kho so brāhmaṇo bhagavato paccassosi. Bhagavā etadavoca –

‘‘Tividhā kho, brāhmaṇa, kāyena adhammacariyāvisamacariyā hoti; catubbidhā vācāya adhammacariyāvisamacariyā hoti; tividhā manasā adhammacariyāvisamacariyā hoti.

220. 这时，有一位婆罗门来到世尊处。来到后，与世尊互相问候。寒暄欢迎的话语结束后，坐在一旁。坐在一旁的婆罗门对世尊如是说："尊者乔达摩，是什么因，什么缘，使得此处某些众生身坏命终后，投生于恶趣、苦趣、堕处、地狱？""婆罗门，由于非法行、不平等行为因，如是此处某些众生身坏命终后，投生于恶趣、苦趣、堕处、地狱。"
"尊者乔达摩，又是什么因，什么缘，使得此处某些众生身坏命终后，投生于善趣、天界？""婆罗门，由于法行、平等行为因，如是此处某些众生身坏命终后，投生于善趣、天界。"
"我不能详细理解尊者乔达摩简略所说的意义。请尊者乔达摩为我说法，使我能详细理解尊者乔达摩简略所说的意义。""那么，婆罗门，谛听，善思作意，我当说。""是的，尊者。"那婆罗门应答世尊。世尊说道：
"婆罗门，有三种身非法行、不平等行；有四种语非法行、不平等行；有三种意非法行、不平等行。
"婆罗门，如何是三种身非法行、不平等行？...如是，婆罗门，这就是三种身非法行、不平等行。
"婆罗门，如何是四种语非法行、不平等行？...如是，婆罗门，这就是四种语非法行、不平等行。
"婆罗门，如何是三种意非法行、不平等行？...如是，婆罗门，这就是三种意非法行、不平等行。婆罗门，由于如是非法行、不平等行为因，此处某些众生身坏命终后，投生于恶趣、苦趣、堕处、地狱。
